For requirement of Senior Proficiency Badge:

1.       Target

2.       Adventure Stage 2

3.       Christian Education Stage 2

4.       Citizenship Stage 2

5.       Community Service Stage 2

6.       Drill Stage 2

7.       First Aid Stage 2

8.       Leadership Stage 1

9.       Life Skills Stage 2

10.   Total Defence Silver

 

As for the Founder’s Award,

Boys have to attain the following badgework in order to qualify:

1.       Senior Proficiency Award

2.       Leadership Stage 2

3.       Christian Education Stage 3

4.       2 out of 5 specified awards at Stage 3 level *

5.       National Event

6.       1 Other Award (elective) at Stage 1

 

*The 5 Specified Awards at Stage 3 levels are:

a. Adventure

b. Community Service

c. Drill

d. First Aid

e. Piper/Drummer

 

The National Education Programme allows for Boys who did not attain the National Event badge, to qualify for the Founder’s Award. If they have fulfilled the requirements of attaining the badgework for 3 out of these 5 courses or events:

1.       Anti-Drug Abuse

2.       Civil Defence

3.       Energy Experience Programme

4.       Heritage

5.       Remembrance Day Observance Ceremony

 

Boys who do so will not be awarded the National Event badge, though they will be considered as having fulfilled the requirements in lieu of the National Event badge.
