NCOs Retreat 11 Dec 2010

The NCOs had a retreat yesterday. The purpose was to allow them to have a time of fellowship and bonding, to help them work better as a team next year. Pastor Anthony started the retreat with a short devotion, reminding us to have an attitude of thanksgiving, especially when we go through bad patches in our lives.

This was followed by team-building games, led by Captain Wen Wei. The games were fun, especially the one where they acted out various appliances. There was the radio, the jukebox and the toy-grabbing machine at the arcade.

We then travelled to Jurong SAFRA for games and BBQ. Thanks to Mr Lim for helping us transport the food and logistics there in his car, and also to him, MDM and mdm for some of the food they contributed. We stuffed overselves, since there was so much food. We planned for 30 NCOs, officers and primers, and in the end, there were only less than 20 of us.
