It started with the Junior Boys having outdoor cooking training. During the parade, we had 2 visitors. Mr Desmond Koh from BBHQ brought a Pastor from the Philippines to visit us. The Pastor is part of a team visiting Singapore to learn about setting up the Boys Brigade in their country. Here are the pictures of the Boys trying their hand at cooking an outdoor meal for themselves.
Then MDM and mdm brought the Juniors CQ teams for a small celebration lunch at Long John Silver in Jurong Point. Our Team A lead by Shawn Lim emerged 6th, and overall we achieved the Gold Honours Roll. Well done, Boys! Here are the pictures of them having a good time over lunch.
Finally, the Senior Programme Character Quest competition was held today in Christchurch Secondary School in Woodlands. The theme was "Taking Your Stand". Our team comprised Samuel, Marcus, Odwin and Orlando. They were tired out. Although we were not among the top 12 teams, they enjoyed themslves, as seen in the pictures. Officer Wen Wei and Chun Siong arrived just in time to catch the ride back to Jurong East in the chartered van. Well, better late than never, as we always say.
