AQ training

Hi all......i'm here posting about the AQ Cycling Training last Sunday.Boys reported 630am at JE MRT Station but there's a heavy rain around 5am plus if i am not wrong.But soon the rain stopped as we reached East Coast,thank God.When we reached there,the Bicycle rental shop has just opened so we had to wait.Before we start off cycling...we had a warm up session by Officer Wen Wei and a prayer by Cadet Joshua,me-minghuan led the Boys to Changi Airport there.

We had our lunch at East Coast's Mac and then home sweet home...

To AQ team member,we have only 2 more trainings to go before the actual Adventure Quest after all the training,is not the end of it but just the start of AQ.I don't really mind the result of the race but whether u all learn anything from the trainings and through the race,that's more important. U all will always have our support!!!!
