Enrolment 2008

We had our Enrolment today, the parade and service. It started off bright and sunny, but when Mrs Kirk, the Shuqun Primary Vice-Principal started to give away the awards to the Juniors Parade, the sky was all dark and threatened to pour. A few drop of rain hit the ground. We hurried on with the rest of the awards, and in the end, it didn’t rain.

Before going upstairs for the Enrolment service, we took our Company photographs.

While waiting for the Chinese service to end, the "choir" practised the song item.

Some old Boys came to join us - Junchong, Andrew, Weiqin, Xin Mao, Benedict and Ming Zhe.

The Enrolment service went smoothly. The “choir” gave a good presentation.

After the service, the congregation joined us for lunch downstairs.

After the clean up, we proceeded to Jurong Bowl for the inter-squad bowling competition.

Boon Hwee won the “Green Fields” award – for getting the lowest score.

Xavier won the award for achieving the best score among the Sec 1 Boys.

Ricky won the award for achieving the best score among the NCOs.

Squad Ephesians walked away with the Chak-Neng Shield, for achieving the best score among the 4 squads.

Well done, everyone. See you all at the next Enrolment 2009.
