Our Coy took part in this year's Adventure Quest. Our team comprised Sgt Ming Huan, Cpl Junrong, Cpl Clement and Cpl Kok Yong, with Cpl Ricky and Lcp Boris as reserves. They started very early this morning - 4 am!
This was the van that officer Zhenhui drove to fetch the team and equipment to ITE Dover - the flag off and ending point. There was a minor accident - not really an accident, just a mishap - and the van was scratched while officer Zhenhui negotiated the church gate.
I was not there to take pictures of our team in action, but I was at the closing ceremony. The guest of honour was Mr Teo Ser Luck, the Senior Parlimentary Secretary of the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, and Ministry of Transport.
Here are some pictures of our team - we are very proud of you. Oh yes, our team came in 46th out of the 100+ teams that participated.
We are crammed into the small van, coming back to church. There was a strong odour, but it was fun.
Here they are, washing the mountain bikes back in church, and having a short debrief of the lessons learnt.
Have a good rest, guys. You certainly earned it.
